I have been to this establishment countless times since I was introducted to it 3 years ago. Up till tonight, I considered it to be my favorite pub in the worcester area for its selection and serice. However, on 6-21 I was sadly dissapointed. Unfortunatly I wll not revisit my favorite establishment because of how we were treated. There were five of us, we waited a normal amount for 8pm on Fri evening. Four of our meals arrived on time. The waitress immediatly realized her error and brought out my friends salad...it was 35 minutes until his main course came out. SHE HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE FULL PRICE FOR HIS MEAL!!! I spoke to the manager, and he made us feel like we were infringing on the waitress's tips!!!! They had no sence of buisness!!! After he finally took the one meal off the bill, we were talking outside and the waitress and manager ran out accusing us of NOT PAYING THE BILL!!! Guess what? The money was in the waitress' pocket!!! did we get an apology? NO!!!! Nice. We will never go there again!!!
